IQM Level 1 Training

Two Day Workshop

Learn IQM for yourself and family. IQM teaches you how to recognize the energy of your emotions, your mental thoughts, beliefs, patterns and physical manifestations and then to shift that energy, creating immediate relief and greater ease and balance. Using a resource that is already a part of you, IQM teaches you how you can balance your own energy, heal your body and mind and lessen the impact that external forces have on you.  After this Level 1 Training you will be a IQM Level 1 Practitioner. 

​Developing insight and practicing new behaviors can empower a person to heal and transform, but at time, even if your cognitive mind knows what to do, your brain and nervous system are still following the old energy pathways. IQM teaches you to look at the cause of how your energy affects you, gives you skills to correct imbalances and empowers you to access your own healing abilities. It is an "In the Moment" way to shift your energy and re-enforce new experiences that are aligned with your highest good.
